Last year I took George into see the doctor about this lil growth on his elbow. The doctor told me it wasn't anything to be alarmed about and yes we can remove it but avoiding surgery is better especially since he's a senior.
My schedule has been so packed with finding work, doing work, and taking a class on Saturdays… Over the weekend I notice Georgie licking his elbow and saw the growth tripled in size! I was so scared and worried for him. How did I not notice this before. Is the doctor going to think I am a neglectful mother?! Aurgh I took him in first thing Monday morning. The doctor didn't even examine him. He walked in and saw his elbow and said yes we should schedule to get it removed! There's also a growth in his belly… :( I am hoping Friday that everything will be taken care of and Georgie would feel brand new again. I am sure the elbow thing bothered him for awhile and never said a thing to me because like his mom he hates all DOCTORS. Since we got back from the vet he has been mopey. I think he knows he's going back on Friday.
Another lesson learned: Time does go by fast. I think I say this once a day. So make the best of the day and tell the ones you love how much you cherish them and more importantly show them in action! Kisses to Georgie, I LOVE YOU. Nico, you too! ;)
